What We’ve Achieved

In 2010 we entered our first home in the UVHBA showcase of homes.  Joining a trade organization was the launch point from past to present.  Aligning our company with the homebuilders changed our business trajectory and eventually led to leadership roles. Service for the past decade as Board Chair of the Umpqua Valley Home Builders Association.  A member of the Oregon and National Home Builders Associations.

In 2021 UVHBA launched a High School Shops project in conjunction with our Home and Garden Show.  It has become a yearly opportunity for UVHBA and Kennaday Builders to work with the youth on projects from design to finish.  It also is our opportunity to introduce the trades professions to the students.
